Clear Choice Assisted Living LLC is proud to offer a safe, comfortable environment where clients can come and receive the care that they need from a team of qualified adult day care professionals. Through our Adult Day Services, we provide our clients with various social and recreational opportunities. Clients can socialize with peers, improve their skills, and interact with other members of the community. Our adult day services also provide families with the opportunity to “take a break” from their caregiving responsibilities, be it a few hours per day or a few days per week.
