Do you have nurses?
Yes, we do. Our registered nurses (RNs) serve as Care Managers and are available to all residents. Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) are also on-site 24/7 to provide care and assistance whenever needed.
What is the age range of your clients?
We serve clients of all ages, from children to adults, with no age restrictions.
May I bring my own furnishings to your group homes?
Yes! While our facilities are fully furnished, we encourage clients to personalize their rooms with belongings that bring comfort, as long as they align with health guidelines and support recovery.
May I take a tour of your Assisted Living Facilities before moving in?
Absolutely! We welcome visits so you can experience the warm, friendly environment and meet our residents and staff. Tours can be scheduled at a convenient time for you.
Are your outing programs free?
Yes, our outing programs are completely free. They provide opportunities for social engagement, exercise, and community participation for our residents.
Do your Direct Care Professionals undergo continuous training?
Yes, all caregivers receive ongoing training under RN supervision for medications and care. They also undergo regular training on recognizing and reporting abuse, and maintain certifications such as CPR and Behavioral & Med-Aide annually.
Are your staff members qualified to provide the services needed?
Yes. All staff members are trained, experienced, and regularly monitored to ensure they have the skills and qualities required to deliver high-quality care.
