Clear Choice Assisted Living LLC:
- Provides supported living, adult day services, and shared living to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Offers home care services for seniors or individuals who can no longer fully care for themselves but wish to remain at home
- Provides non-medical transportation services for those unable to drive due to age or disability
- Maintains residential environments that are safe, healthy, appropriate, and comparable to typical community residences based on individual abilities
- Employs qualified staff to deliver services tailored to each individual’s needs
- Maintains a consumer/advocate advisory committee, including clients, legally authorized representatives, community members, and family
