Supported Living

At Clear Choice Assisted Living LLC, we understand that many seniors and adults with disabilities prefer to remain living at home rather than in a long-term care facility. Our Supported Living services provide the assistance clients need to live as independently as possible within their own homes and chosen communities. Beyond basic care, our programs help clients develop skills that empower them to actively participate in and contribute to their communities.
