Shared Living

Clear Choice Assisted Living LLC’s Shared Living program offers an alternative to traditional residential care for adults with disabilities who prefer a smaller, family-style environment. Through this program, we carefully match each client with a qualified shared living provider, allowing them to become part of the provider’s family, home, and community. Shared Living emphasizes independence, self-determination, and personal growth while ensuring safety and support for everyone involved.

We thoroughly screen, recruit, and train shared living providers to ensure they deliver high-quality care tailored to each client’s needs. Shared living providers offer a broad range of services, including:

• Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Companionship and social support
• Community integration and participation
• Transportation assistance
• Meal preparation and assistance
• Recreational activities
• Assistance with accessing community resources
• Safety supervision
• And additional person-centered services based on individual needs
